Black Bugs with Clear Veined Wings in Hydro Week 4 of Flowering With GREAT PICS

Hey guys,
Just noticed these little black bugs with clear veined wings. They are crawling around the base of the plants, crawling on the lower stem and around the lower buds. There are also black spots on the lower buds that I assume are babies. Check out the attached pics. I do not see any bugs on the upper buds.

I am at the first day of week 4 into flowering and was thinking of spraying the lower part of the plants with neem oil. I could avoid the buds or only spray the visibly infected buds. I would spray only lower leaves and stems of the infected area and then all around the base of the other plants. I wouldn't be upset to lose the lower small buds to save the crop. I could just cut the infected buds off.

I also have a pyrethrum TR bomb. I could let that go off with the lights and fans off.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I sprayed the base of the plants with some insecticidal soap from garden safe.

I'm still thinking aphid.

Any ideas?

After some more research I believe them to be winged aphids. I sprayed again with insecticidal soap but it only slowed them down.

During their night time I turn off the main exhaust and put in a No Pest Strip. When the lights go on I turn on the exhaust then remove and plastic bag the No Pest Strip.

I know they are toxic but I am in week 4 of flower so it has 4-6 weeks to air out. Do you think it is worth the risk?

Should I use a pyrethrum bomb?

I believe the soap will ruin the lower buds which is ok, they are the fluffy small ones. Should I just cut them off?

This is my first grow and I would hate for it to become infested with sap suckers.

Any feed back is welcome!

Might wanna make sure those "babies" arent the begining infestation of spidermites.. these are what im currently attempting to destroy..Good luck, and what ever you do dont use a product called " AVID", its poisonous when used on anything being consumed/ smoked

The bugs are gone. A couple days with the no pest strip and a mosquito dunk in the reservoir did the trick. I am more careful now about contaminating them from outside. Check it out...here!
