bio char

I'm working hard making compost. Hoping to attract extra worms by adding cardboard.
No budget for a worm bin at present.
Will investigate a day version.
Is everything the worms live in considered castings or do you put the critters in diapers?
if you have a compost pile, you'll attract the native nightcrawlers, or at least I did.
Also i'm pretty sure my compost has more reds in it than my wormbin does, I just scrape away the top layer and I see hundreds.
If you have manure, that attracts them also.
I don't think adding cardboard will attract them though, the manure will work better for that.

Not sure of anything. Best guess based on deduction and council of plant sickness forum

That's why I like the VC. Cures much
like I've said before, one of the reasons I love my compost and VC so much, they literally cure almost everything.
I have a four foot tall male kali that I want to keep for it's polled, and it was so yellow and pissed off, and all I did was added a handful and a half of compost to it, and now ten days later its green as can be.

I have had a few burn piles that produced good biochar by pulling out good size chunks of wood when the are red hot. Let cool and bash it up with a big stick. Any remnant debris is also where I notice first signs of growth versus bare ash spots.

I posted a thread in the infirmary. Would love your opinion.
You seem to be an intelligent person. You will pick this up fast! After you get your worm bin, plant problems will not be a problem anymore. It will be more of a problem keeping them fed! It took me 4yrs to be any good at this. I started hydro and it was one of the biggest mistakes that I made. Invest all of that $ on equipment, what a ripoff! Good luck Pope, you seem to be a good person!
