Big yields

Ok Im real sorry, I have been asking heaps of newbie questions lately but here is another one.

I been doin research on the seeds I wanna buy and Im having a little trouble understanding the yield to expect. For example I was looking at white widow, one site said yield was 450 - 550 gms per square meter, where as another site said it was 150.

What is the sort of standard yield off one plant?

there is not one standard amount off one plant, some produce 1 ounce some produce one kilo. Depends on light,genetics,soil and neuts. When you see a number given for estimate harvest that's usually with the Sea Of Green growing method.

What is the sea of green growing method?

Do you mean screen of green? because i think sea of green just refers to the look of plants. maybe im wrong?...
