Big tent help

i have a close friend looking to set up a 10'x10' tent. He wants to go LED for lighting to ease up on the electricity bill. I have only done a 3x3 myself. The main help needed is finding adequate led lighting. I did some reading on cob lighting but not sure if building a light is the right route. Roughly how many plants will comfortably fit in a 10x10? Can anyone recommend lighting ideas to effectively cover this space at a somewhat decent price range?

As far as cob lighting kits, is there someone around that builds them? Selecting the parts doesn't seem too difficult but building a chassis seems a little troublesome.
