have a look in the link to see if yuo spot anything that looks like your leaf... this may help you identfy your problem.

the ladie looks starved of some form of nute at 4 weeks the fact you flushed it will have removed even more .. so id defo add so P and K to your plant along with a small shot of N in about a weeks time. they aint gonna recover to be mass of green now so just identify the problem and make sure you don't repeat next time :)

oh and can you get a few real close up shots of the leaves and maybe the bud head to have a closer look the pics are 2 far away to analyze properly

i dont know what kind of nute are in your soil. but if thier is any when you flushed them in your pot you probly burned you plants. im not an exspert but one time i mistaken my bag of miricle grow food for my potting soil and everything was fine. but then my plants started flowering and they started to burn and get crispy fast and it got worse when i tried to give them more water becaouse thier was to much nute in the soil ..... so if i was you i would put your plant in potting soil and dont add any nute for awile and make sure they have water and see if that changes anything. but lets see if any one says anything differnt before you do anything..

Keep letting them dry out and go real thirsty, then give them water with a very small amount of nuits, like 1ml per litre, when they are dry and need fed dont flood them, just give them enough that in time they will want more, they should pick up, hope that works for you, remember for the future feeding more just fucks them, how do you feel if you eat and eat and eat, yipp sick, nurse them back all will be fine, keep in mind leaves dont repair but any new growth is always cool they are ok and coming out from being over fed.

It appears to be a combination of moisture stress and deficiency...like you have been overwatering and drowning the roots...the soil needs to dry completely between waterings to allow oxygen to permeate and reach the roots. Your deficiency probably came as a result of your flushing--when you did this you removed all the available nutrients in the soil. Give them light feedings with moderate levels of p-k, and make sure they still get SOME nitrogen.

Plenty growing on them yet, cut away all that shit at the bottom until you get to the branches etc that are ok, it will be fine and has plenty growing still to do.
