Im thinking maybe one more feed and start the flush.. Im just seeing a lot of new red hairs every morning so Im getting anxious lol I want a super clean smoke.

The Sage n Sour is so great if done right...I hope to do her justice! So far she seems to like me.

Well, no pics- been working lots so the girls and I are not together during day light hours.. But the "Fawn #1" bag seed chilling in my linen closet showed a tap root!! Needless to say that made my day.

The little seed is now in a small tupper container in my homemade coco mix

sometimes it drives me nuts not being able to check out my girls... i had to change my light period for night to battle the cold so yeah man i know what your saying it sucks not having times with the girls

We are 3 days into flushing today and the anticipation is killing me.
My wife thinks by next week we should chop.. Its my understandig that Coco since it holds no nutrients helps speed up the flush process. Anyone experience this? I would love to only buy one more bag of (non rx) weed this year! lol.

Ah, yes, the cure. I am very thankful to be working a lot the next few weeks so a 14 day cure should fly by without driving me totally crazy Haha. The sativa pheno is a few weeks behind. Maybe an 11 week flower on her.. But the yield looks to be at least quadruple the little Indica.

So Al #1 yielded 20 grams dry. The little i have smoked tastes awesome already no nasty un-cannabis taste.
Al#2 is driving me nuts. Still tons of pistils are white but she is yellowing out at a fast pace.
Any thought on how much longer I should let her go? I was hoping 10 wks would be enough time to finish but I don't think that's the case.

Nice! Glad to hear it is smoking smooth, it will only get better and better as it cures. I just jarred my harvest up as well but haven't tried it yet.
Usually when they get determined to yellow out they are within a week or two of being ready, but they do look like they have tons of white pistils still. Are you seeing any cloudy tricombs yet? Some strains/phenos tend not to cloud up very easily, I was told that purple kush is one of them. My sugar plum also hesitated to cloud up very much.
Could just be a long flowering pheno too, if the buds are still swelling let her go longer.

Thanks Cascadian. The cure is the hardest part man, I am so thankful that my wife budtends in a dispensary, there is always good weed in my house so I can ALMOST forget about the jar in the closet lol

I am not seeing many cloudy heads at all, the other al who is curing was really milky by week 7. This must be a first gen hybrid, the two phenos are like opposite plants. I am in no rush to finish so I am gonna give her as long as she needs, but I am worried about her herming up. Should i be? What i mean is if she wants 2 or 3 more weeks my chances would go up a lot for seeds, yeah? I wouldn't mind a few seeds but I do prefer sensimilla lol.

Must be nice to have access to great weed all the time. I am running a bit low so it is taking all I have to stay keep my hands out of the jars.

Sugar Plum is one of my favorites, can't wait to see how it turns out. It is a heady sativa high without the paranoia effect with a spicy plum like smell.

I wouldn't be too worried about having her herm, I had my purple kush herm on me about a week before harvest. The nanners are pretty easy to spot, bright yellow against the color of the bud makes them stand out. Get a pair a tweezers and yank them out, it isn't too difficult. I did see a few inside my PK bud when I trimmed so it is possible to miss em if they are embedded in the bud. Seeds will take several weeks to mature so even if you get a couple they will be pretty tiny. To be safe if you start seeing nanners give it 7-10 days then chop and you probably won't even notice any seeds. A lot of times the pollen sacks are empty or don't have viable pollen too.

Growing cannabis teaches patience and self control in a way i did not imagine it would! You must have great self control not to break into the stash.
That Sugar Plum sounds awesome. I hate the nervous feeling you get from some sativas, it will be nice to have the "up" high without the other stuff.
I noticed you crossed it with all kinds of stuff. That will prove very interesting, Im sure.

I wouldn't mind a couple of mature seeds since I did not clone but it is definitely not the purpose of the grow so i really appreciate the info.

So, seemingly over night the heads started to cloud up on Al#2. I am wanting a super sativa high and thought a two week flush should do her good.

The Sage n Sour has been giving me a lot of trouble but we seem to be through the woods and on the right track. 4wks in and the flower development is looking good and plentiful.

She finally stopped sucking leaves dry and is frosting up like crazy.

Nice frosty bud there, I like the coloring on the leaves too. Beautiful plant, keep up the good work man.
