Big Flies, Harmless? Counter-Attack?

I've done some reading after noticieing large size flies in my new flowering room. More of an outside access in this new space and i knew there would be some problems but i wanna prevent at this point.

I attribute the big flies to being fruit flies or other species, even noticed 1 attached to a bud this morning. Really i havnt got a problem with any other species yet but am seriously looking to prevent.

I've read about the Red Wine/Vinegar & Dish Soap method...

I've also noticed plant safe vegetable bug spray at the grow store....

BIG QUESTION!!! What should i do to begin prevention?

WTF What do i need? A picture of the Fly actually on my bud?

Ok... Just chill a bit. I say big flies are NOT a problem. I have them once a while. Now to get rid of them the simple way is getting some yellow sticky traps. Those work great. Or if you really want to hear something weird but works great... Get yourself a can of Vienna Sausages, and eat them! (the sausages, not the flies) Yea, just leave the water in the can and leave it near where the flies gather. One day later you will have tons of them drowned in the meaty water. Yea gross but works great believe it or not.

Get some sticky fly paper... and an attitude change. You have 53 posts, you couldn't have helped that many people. I have over 2000 posts and I sometimes don't get responses in my journal. Just be patient and by the way those house flies are harmless

i have a fly swatter tennis racket which zaps them the second they touch it. works great with gnats. you can have fun and tackle the problem at the same time. sometimes they pop like firecrackers.
