Big colas turning into light and airy dried nugs, what went wrong?

Need some help, had some really nice colas that now seem very light and airy that dried very quickly. First time so not sure what to expect.

Flushed for 7 days or so, 48 to 72 hours of darkness, 24 hours no water prior to harvest
Used 13/14 P/K in weeks 3,4 and 2 weeks prior to harvest at minimum dosage.

Average temp during day 22 C, 56% RH
Max temp 24, 73% TH
Min temp13 C, 45% RH

Using intake and exhaust like during flower, but now the fans are not always on, and point at the ground not at them hanging. Lights have been left off.

Within 2-3 days Moisture was already at 10-12%
Nugs very light and airy and not dense at all.

Still have 3 plants 7 days later from most being cut that are now ready, but want to know how to avoid them drying too quick

The rest will be cut now as at 10% and stems bending but dry, and will go in glass jar with 62% Humidity pack (or should i wait till i add this)?

Thank you !

Edit
"nug1" pic is a week prior to cutting i think, but may also be one of the ones about be cut)
"dry" pic is one that was cut and hanging
"nug 2" was one that was ready to be cut and was (or maybe not ready, but looked ready?)

Either way they are all feeling very light compared to pre harvest, even ones that may have been over due. What other factors could have influenced this?

Did they feel dense on the plant before you harvested? I've had huge airy colas before that were not dense on the plant, and they dried even less dense. Everything I've harvested that felt dense on the plant dried out to be dense.

Don't let them get too dry. After I dry and put them in jars, humidity out of the middle of the nugs is drawn out and they remoisten. I usually take them out of the jar at least once per day, until they are dry to the touch, for the first four or five days after jarring. I keep a small hygrometer in the jars, and I stop letting them sit out for a long time once the humidity in the jar stabilizes to about 60%. Once they get there, I burp every few days to exchange the air. Store in a cool dark place.

How did you dry them last time? If they were dry in 3 days, that was way too quick. I cut, trim, and then toss into paper grocery bags. I toss, gently, the cut stalks in the bag and fan the bag open and closed, 2-3 times a day. This method will take longer to dry, especially if you're been getting rained on for the last 4 days. I normally get stem crack about day 6 then into the jar for curing.

Nice truth. Your buds were not done. More food and water would have filled them. But you'll grow that when your stash allows or understanding prevails. LOL.

Yes they felt dense and heavy when fresh (but first grow so hard to compare).
They were in a separate tent drying while rest were still not ready. It had a small oscillating fan blowing on them which i removed day later after seeing how dry they were.

How do you not let them get too dry ? RH was not too low ?

The next few ready are the ones drying now (7 days later and at 10% RH and ready to jar up).

Last ones are in darkness now ready to be cut.

The ones in a jar im burping and will put a hydrometer inside so i can monitor. I have a humidity tester that i press into the bud to check the % (thats how im quoting 10-12%)

This is the first time drying (10 days ago now for the first one). It was at 10% in 3 days and crispy already, 1-2 stems snapped when bending so didnt want to leave for another few days.

The fan leaves were trimmed off prior to cutting and handing btw

I don't have a fan blowing directly on my drying buds. I keep a small fan in the area to keep the air circulating, but I don't aim it directly at the buds.

Cut too early … white pistils still showing.
The one that dried in 3 days i didnt put a pic of it up, ill try to find one.

That "nug1" pic is a week prior to cutting, and may be one of the ones that is now in darkness (almost 2 weeks later)

Yes thank you, i changed to this method after seeing how quick one dried after having fan pass over it. The two fans i have blowing along the ground are on a timer so they alternate
