Big Bang Sick 2 weeks into Flowering HELP!!!

  • I bought 5 big bang auto seeds and this is my first grow.

    My plant is 2 weeks into flowering and some of the leaves are twisting and burning, someone told me its because i am using tap water and my nutes are to high for a auto (Nutes at 1/3 dose) he said this caused a build up of salt and my plant has locked out nutes. He got me to buy "sensi bloom a+b Ph perfect", and told me to flush my plant with 10 liters of distilled water.

    currently i have a bottom reservoir of water built into the pot that aerates my soil but also keeping it moist. (the hole is where you put your water and the plant drinks as needed.) so the medical grower told me to remove the reservoir (NOT able to be removed), or move it to a different pot.

    My main problem is that the roots have grown through the slits in the bottom separating the soil and the water and now the plant has not only taken root in the soil but the pot itself.

    So whenever i water my plant whether it's from the top water drips into the reservoir or the bottom water going straight into the reservoir the roots are submerged in (nute filled water or pure water), but if i don't water the roots in the bottom start to hurt my plant.

    Please help me i don't know what to do in this situation thanks for all the input.

EASY ONE MATE and nice and cheap! get an air pump and an air stone, place the stone in the res, turn on the pump and see it bubble!, you now have a waterfarm, welcome to hydro.

how do the ph perfect nutes work??

tap water is fine but now roots are in res ph will need to be adjusted. to 5.8 (maybe your ph perfect nutes do this) if not get a cheap ph meter or test drops (there good!) and keep it at 5.8

oh and do this asap before them roots rot!

and your light looks a little close if the tops are going yellow raise it, are your temps good>?

EDIT: yea your lights abit too close as only top leafs yellowing, raise to 1foot when leafs green up lower slowly keep it 5inches away!

yes temps are great light is air cooled if it goes higher my plant stretches A LOT. the ph perfect nutes are a ph buffer they change any water within 4-8 on the ph scale to 6.2 temps in the grow room are 33 C max and 17 C min

that cfl dont look air-cooled were is the glass??

6.2 is too high now! roots are in the res thats were your working from, forget the roots up top.

i thought it was only A.N. that done the ph perfect! obv not!!

get the airstone in there lower the ph and youll have a great grow with great big nugs!

Nooo no no...get that plant out of that pot.....i dont matter if you rip a few roots you will never know....you still have a long way to go till you harvest and its gonna get ugly if you dont, they just keep growing and will end up getting root rotand it will make it impossible to flush and get proper run off and you will kick your own ass later, trust me ......get a bigger pot, wait till plants root ball feels kinda lite but not dry and wiggle that bitch out , just be easy and if you tare a few roots it wont matter, once its back in a new pot it will love you for it and keep growing and you can flower and flush with no problem....but do it asap before the roots get any bigger....ive done this same thing b4 no worries
