looks good man, one thing for the future, autos dont like being transplanted so i would put your seed straight into your growing pot to reduce stress. I am growing some lowryders at the moment and they are about day 23. kinda lost count lol.

i just checked your grow...seems like we're at almost same day...yet your plants seem somewhat more developed than mine..is this strain related?

and thanks for the tip!

i plan on throwing some autos outside as well... this way i wont have to worry about them getting to big..easier to keep stealth AND they dont need 12-12 to flower.therefore i wont have to wait 5 months for an outdoor harvest..sounds like a win win situation to me..just need to find a prime spot somewhere in a local wooded area

ok, so could that have been my problem? that i transplanted it? cause mine looks smaller than yours at about the same age by then...or do your airpots play a role?

it is possiable that the transplant stressed your plant a bit, but i think the smart pots play a role as well? Another thing, what kinda of neuts/soil are you using?

another thing that i suggest is tucking the large fan leafs back to expose the lower nodes to light. i checked my plants last night and wow... all of my lower nodes have just shot up and are now thier own tops, now i have a total of 5 tops on my largest plant. i would for sure lst your auto for a better yield, this way you can keep those cfls close.

I have started some plants from seed under a CFL and some under a HPS lamp and there is a big difference between them, the ones under the HPS stretched more than the CFL ones

my greenomatic started out very slow and almost died... i now have her recovered and sprouting new growth hourly (not fact, just seems that way... lol) this is what i dont like about autos, if you dont have everything dialed in good, the rapid rate of growth will actually hinder final yeild due to not having enough time to veg a lil longer to make up for the stress factor.. besides this, i guess i sorta like em...

Hey what's up man.
I have the same free seed from greenhouse and am growing under cfl's as well
The big bang is very sensitive but a survivor
when mine was about a week old it stopped growing and the new growth became dark purple.
I was about to give up on her and toss her but a week later she started taking off.
I started her with a auto Hindu kush. The kush has been full flowering for 2 weeks now
and the big bang just started today. It did turn out to be a nice looking little plant though and I did put it to 12 12 to start the flowering
I am actually thinking about leaving it on 12/12 the rest of the time.
The Hindu doesent seem to mind and I feel like the trichs double during the off period.
My first grow was in a cardboard box as well. As others have mentioned and you know it isn't the safest
and I find with proper reflection as others have mentioned the plants will really explode.
I can now grow and have ten tops by topping once.
I use 8 dangling cfls in a 2x2x4.5 grow tent now
biggest difference in the world.
I know there aren't Hydro stores around you but the one I bought was on ebay for $99.
Not a hefty investment. And since you ordered seeds im sure you wouldn't mind ordering that as well.
If money is an issue. Make a simple wooden box and paint the inside white glossy not flat.
Anyways good luck and I hope to see you grow some nice plants.
It is all stuff you learn with experience. And some things about growing you can only teach yourself by trial and error.
Keep your head up and don't quit.
