Ordered beans from them never got tracking number weeks go buy after repetitive emails from me, last email i stated i was calling my credit card company to request a charge back then finally owner jay the cheese dick ass hole emails me to tell me the pack of beans i ordered were out of stock and that he was getting them in a week. another 8 days go by i don't hear from him.and yet they still showed in stock. He never emails back his customers. he's the biggest looser.

I was so fed up i emailed and asked just a different pack of beans he said sure i'll send them back right away. its been another 6 days a haven't heard anything.

it's been a total of 30 calendar days since i placed an order they got my money and i haven't gotten anything.
the highlife seedbank is a total rip off devious fraudulent company.

i have all the emails to prove it they're all dated.

Not that there isn't funny business going on because I believe your timeline. If it makes you feel any better anyone I know that I would trust their word that has dealt with highlife has said it always takes forever to get your orders and that customer service is a joke.

I would hold off a few weeks on a charge back (really wouldnt bother) it will cause you as much headache as him with freezing your account and possible future probs when ordering from other banks.

I use reload cards to purchase, so when i get my charge back i simply go to atm withdraw and cancel the card and go get another reload card.Then i'd like to see him freeze an account. i step ahead of him. I don't use my real credit cards.

i just have 1 prepaid from walmart that i use consistently.

still i would wait and at the end of the day its not legal regardless, not that it's any excuse for poor service. Still I would at least wait another week to see if a resend comes.

yeah i guess i should because he just emailed mr and said his dad died and his head is not all up there he's apologizing for all this and he's gonna hook me up with freebie's..

They/he is a joke. It took 4 months to receive my last order from them. Same run around with emails that you got. I'll never use them again

For some reason this makes me think of a contractor I did work for about 5 years ago.
Every pay period he would call from "St Louis" telling me he had to leave town to go visit his sick mother.
At some point I ended up telling him if that bitch ain't dead yet, I wouldn't worry about her too much. She seems to make it through every illness just fine.
