Bet ya haven't seen this before.

Let's see if I can explain this right.
Had some plants in flower to sex them, this 1 showed male so took a cutting and trashed plant.
Rooted cutting, then placed in 18/6 light to put back in veg.. The other day checked on plant, and now it is popping hairs on top half of plant.
Decided to run it out see what it does, started plucking off the balls. And behind the balls I found new calyxes that are popping hairs out now. Not only that, but it looks like it's going into full flower mode.
Anyone have any idea wtf is going on with this retard? lol

this plant has been under 18/6 since it rooted.

It's a herm that grew balls before calyxes. Every cutting i've ever taken from a plant in early flowering has continued to grow pistils while it roots, but it looks like yours is autoflowering. An autoflowering hermaphrodite. Piss poor luck man, pop some more beans.

What strain is that?

OK, so that's what happened.
The strain is Dreamreaper Jack the Ripper x Bluedream from DnS genetics.

Those are the guys that just started and are trying to make a name for themselves right? That doesn't look good for them. I was real "meh" about their stuff to begin with, using humboldt org genetics and all (just my opinion). But this is bad, no way around it.

Me and a buddy were comparing, and out of roughly 35 beans. It was around 27 males, then 3 of the females hermied and this retard I have.
I do have a female of the same strain in flower that is doing great though. It's doing exactly like it shoukd for the genetics of it. Just really scared of how she will finish though, 30 dys in.

Just can't figure this plant going so long before it popped the hairts. Hell I had already started collecting pollen off it before they ever showed up. lol

Geez! I'm sure you know already, but don't use that pollen for breeding! lol Or any of those males! Or female! Just smoke and clone that thing if its good.

Yeah, kind of thought the same thing. I do have some cuttings off the female in flower which looks great so far.
Out of 15 beans i ended up with 3 usable plants, so far anyway. The next 30 dys will tell the tale though.

Getting pictures in hightimes is as easy as sending them pictures. I noticed he had powerpie listed in there(or skunk not sure which) as DNS genetics, that's a sincity strain ASAIK, that shit ain't right. Sin City TESTER as well, so the Sin guys didn't even feel it was ready. My 2 cents I could go on for days, but the warning signs are there.

High Times is directed towards the noobs who feed off consumerism. They will get those kids to buy advanced nutrients and a little cabinet that promises a lb a week lolololol.

I wasn't too familiar with High Times, I mean I know what it was but never really read any of their stuff. Then I came across this article about one of my favorite strains:

The cannabis plant will *sway* itself towards a sex depending on condition. If you are getting that amount of males, and the small amount of females have that big of herm tendency, I would suspect there are other variables at play here.

We compared info from 3 or 4 growers who all got their beans from the same source.
They were grown in a variety of methods, soil, 12/12fs, with veg time, hydro.. And everyone ended up with pretty much the same results. Beautiful strong plants during veg. , but when you get bout halfway thru flower they go ape shit..

Oh forgot the final tally on the beans.
15 to start
11 males
1 reverse hermie
3 females that hremied lil over 30dys in.
Strains were
Dream reaper-- Jack the ripper x bluedream
Purple monkey-- GDP x Purple Voodoo
GrandberrryPurple GDP x Berrybomb

Damn, Ive never had anything like that luckily.
