Best yield in set up?

Okay, first time posting so try to work with me.

My set up is interesting you could say.

2 Black and decker out door storage units.
2 shelves per box, using CFL's.
1 125 watt bulb, 6 23watt CFL's. 2 of the 4 shelves are Clone/mother area's and the other 2 are flowering.

Each level is running roughly 300 watts and 22,000 lumens.
Its a 25"x14" space per level.

6 inche fans blowing in one side to the other.

I've done one grow using this set up. it was white widow, and blueberry.
Anyone that says you cant do CFL's like friends said are wrong lol.

Pulled roughly 5 oz's from the first grow. 3 Plants per level using 2 levels.

If I've lost anyone please ask.

Then me and a friend built a 64" X 19" X 33" grow box with 4' tube flour's.
Again same deal with fans.

Its a closet grow (believe that or not lol) in my apt with a walk-in closet. Smell dosnt matter lol

Doing this in FFOF soil, one gallon pots, 8 per level on the boxs and filling up the other new grow box, was actually a dresser , nuts are florva nova, root accelerator, bush master, snow storm, bud candy, M.O.A.B., Gravity.

Long story short, what strains/what are ideas for the best yield. I want a Co2 but cant figure that out.

This is a harvest every other week deal, doing 8 plants, maybe less for better spaceing?? Looking for best yield/quality.

Thank you for the help!

which dimension is the height? 64 - then any indica dominant strain that catches your eye would be fine. if 33" high, you're looking for some kind of lowryder type strain. not sure what else you're asking.

I'm more or less asking strains and which method of growing would best work, ie sog and what not.
64" long, 19" deep and 33" high. Plants are about 1/2" from lights, they dont burn with the cfl so i can keep them close.

Basically looking to max out yield/quality. If more info is needed let me know!

Thanks for the replies

you've got maybe 20 to 24 inches of plant room so i would definitely go with a strain designed to be short. you can keep any plant short by eliminating/limiting veg but you'll probably get the best yield from plants engineered to be short. so, lowryders or their cousins.

Height i have not had a problem with so far. I flip them at about 6-8". I either top or use bush master to keep them low doing SOG.

Thank you for those answers just one more.

My pots are one gallon, 6.5" round by 7" tall.

In the shelves i can put a max of 8, but the plants normally are about 12" across so a bit does not get light.

How many plants in those would you guys say and how many in the other size grow box i have. The measurments are 64" long X 19" Deep X 33" tall.

rule of thumb is a foot between every plant but in your situation i think you could do 6"-8" just remeber if the plants feel they are to close to each other growing will slow down

Bump
Anyone have any ideas for me? Spacing? anything to max yield and what not.
Also here are the strains I have mothers of, Blue dream, Grape ape, Purple Urkle, Blackberry kush, Alaskan Thunder F*ck, Jorge Diamonds #1, and Mr. Nice Guy.
If there are any tips of my set up and regarding these, i got the basic info tho.
