Best type of chains to hangs your lights with?

Just curious as ive seen all sorts including jack chains... just want something that will be easy to readjust for different lighting heights

screw hooks and utilitly chain.. whatever size you think you need to support your light.. I use little small hooks for my flourescents, with chain that is big enough that the holes in the chain can slip on and off the hook... I'm setting up another veg room today, I'll take a pic of what I'm talking about when I get it done.

EDIT: well hopefully I'll get to it today.. I've been pretty lazy lately

metal chain. any size. hang the light from screw hooks as said. nothing mroe needed

metal chain from lowes or home depot. nothing too heavy, just make sure your hooks etc fit easily.

thanks for the responses people - just picked up some jack chain and i can use pliers to adjust the number of hooks needed

Man dude, those are heavy hoods! Chains will hold em just fine, but you should look into ProGrips from Sun Systems. Like 20 bucks and you'll never have to deal with chains again. Nothing I've ever found is as easy to use.
