Best training system?

Hey folks!
Up until now, I haven't bothered much with trying (except fimming once, in their early veg). However, the plants are just soaring, soaring, soaring! They are 10ft and then some, and not finished yet. This isn't a problem for stealth, but for structural strength, and to a lesser extent, inspection and care of the plants. I already have multiple stakes and ties in each tree.
So next season I'm planning to give my girls some training.

The main objectives are
Adding Strength
Adding yield

I don't want to spread them out as wide as some I see on here, as my girls are in raised beds, and that means I will have to prep more ground.

What is likely my best option for outdoor training? More filming/topping? LST? Something else?

Just topping them a few times will cut the height down a bunch. Personally, I'm liking the strength and structure you get when waiting until the 7-8 node to top for the first time. then remove the two bottom branches. After that, I top until the bottoms have mostly caught up.
