Best timing for Ebb n Flow Controller?

Hey guys, im back at it again, after 4 long years.

Got a 30 pot ebb and flo system

Only using 12 of which.

My question is, whats the best timing for these guys?

should i do 30min on, and i think it starts to dry up every 5 hours.

so 30min on, 5hours off. repeat?

What was it

I do 15 minutes every 3 hours,no flooding during lights off.

Why so long. Takes 2 min to flood

Sounds like you need a short cycle timer or bigger pump maybe?
