BEST THING TO BUILD FOR 1 plant?

or what to do . besides tent.
this is inside and something to put in my closet
any ideas?

Welcome need good lights .what size area and how much money to spend

just closet . its like 8 ft tall . i got 40w t-12's on it , and miracle gro . doing good so far. but its just in closet...

most people do just grow in a closet man... i know i always have... if your worried about tidyness or pests or whatever, just get a roll of some heavy duty plastic sheeting. hardware stores have it. they should have black, clear and white. you will want to get black, to keep the light in/out, and you will need white, to help with reflectivity.

i cut them down to size and tape them back to back, then just line the part of the closet your using with it. dont forget the floor! and make sure its light tight, i sat in mine with the lights off in it to see.

now if you get a bigger light, just make sure that its suitable size for the space you have. is it a sliding closet or a swinging door one? either way, its not the best idea to use the plastic idea with a big light, but as long as its far enough away from the light itll be ok.

it will get as big as you let it man, just remember that the plant doubles in size throughout flowering. so the size it is when you put it into 12/12 is only half the size of the finished product, and since you are using low intensity lighting odds are your plant is going to streatch, so it will be larger (or lets say lankier) than if you had a good light.

and what would be a good light... for veg . then flowering

you dont need any crazy special structure for it to be in tho, you could just have it sitting in the corner of your room with a light over it and it would grow fine, its just when you have to hide it that it becomes tricky and you have to acomodate the plants needs while being sealed away in the back of a closet. one plant should not get BIG BIG. like it wont take your whole closet up... well it could i guess... just depends on how long you veg it... sorry im getting off topic here, im stoned... duh... but yea anyway, hope ive helped, pm me if you need anything, i have nice lighting charts for mh/hps if you do get one.

something metal? your on your own on that one man, maybe something like a locker type thing for one of the back corners? just make sure its well vented, or itll turn into an oven.
