Best technique for growing 8 plants in a 8ft by 4ft by 6ft high grow tent?

I'm looking for a good technique to grow my plants that I am going to put in tonight I think that I am going to get some afghan Kush cuttings they are going to be going in 20ltr pots with coco. The tent is 8ft Long and 4ft Wide and 6ft High, they will be under 2 600watt HPS lights I have been told to low stress train but I have tried this and don't really want to do it with these I'm looking for a good technique for yield?
