An unknown Jamaican from some smuggled back seeds, still to this day the tastiest I have ever grown / smoked. Very earthy flavor, left a coating of unbelievable flavor in the mouth. I used to jokingly refer to it as butter brickle bud. The high was maybe 3 outta 5, taste 5 outta 5.
Others agreed too, the stuff sold for the top price. But naturally, I didn't sell very much of it.

Im liking my island sweet skunks flavor right now. Has a creamy sweet taste like cotton candy. flowerngs not bad about 9 weeks and decent yeild. It grows one stock so youll need to train it or top it or youcan flower clones as soon as they root for a SOG grow. Haven't grown too many strains so maybe I have something tastier brewing.
A far as smoke the best tasting was a purple erkle hybrid. Bubbleberry also had n intense flavor if your into knock out indicas.

Thats very subjective. In any case, I know I'm going to get burned for this but just about all dank (of the same type plant type) tastes the same. It's only some minor "flavor" notes that make it different. I couldn't smoke XYZ strain v.s. ABC strain and say there was a huge difference. I can mostly just tell the difference in harshness/nastiness in taste. Most indica plants taste harsh/nasty to me. Where as sativa's generally taste more floral/minty/planty/lighter to me. I say most people go overboard on their description of taste and smell due to smugness more than anything else.
Smell I'd say is more noticeable in weed then taste.
I will say though that taste is a lot more noticeable when smoking out of the volcano vs. burning it or using a cheaper vape. Otherwise smoking a bowl, blunt, or bong tastes pretty damn similar most of the time when smoking most like types of weed. I will say there is a few occasions where something will have a wow factor but thats pretty rare.
P.S. I only smoke super dank ass weed, my friend says the stuff I get is pretty much comparable to top grade in Amsterdam . I haven't smoked mids or regs since I was a much younger man (those just taste like ass).

^^^^You need to try smoking some good shit out of a clean bong or vape. Taste is so important. Try Subcool's gear if you are big on taste and smell.

I have to say where the Strawberry Cough is one of newest fufu strains to me that taste very exceptional and smooth, the grow seems to run about 10 weeks and the the oils and trichrome formations are mind blowing, this stuff litteraly is soaked with reson during last 6 weeks of flower and finalizes very tight....
Now for all time taste and rippage I still have to give it to the origanal Madusa and Silver Haze strains, very nice grow, 10 week turn, and mind blowing results every time,,,, Madusa being very full flavored and very stony..........

Blue Dream is also pretty tasty.
Let it flower for 11 weeks and cure it for a month and you will have some damn good smoke.

i think it's all about a strain making the most of a certain type of flavor. i like sweet tasting and earthy tasting strains, but i have yet to find a single strain that has that magic balance of all my favorite aspects of cannabis. the super lemon haze i grew had a really nice sweet fruity flavor. my pineapple chunk just went into jars today but dried it already has a real nice sweet flavor. i also have a kush x haze cross that's been in the jar for a few days that's promising but it's too early to tell. it's got one of those flavors that's hard to describe. grandaddy has a real nice flavor to it that's close to the balance i desire.

i might be the weird one here...but i love the sour strains...sour diesel i really like...the kinda shit you can smell and know its gonna fuck you up...and gdp has a great taste to...im still kicking myself for moving back to florida and not cali...i could get some good clones of gdp out there..i know i wont find any real gdp clones here
