It would do absolutely fine for three or four five footers in there, actually. I take out that one shelf and it's nine feet to the ceiling.

I want to see a grow journal with one of these. It's just $2,000 for the cheap model! I've heard of people on here paying $1,000+ for just a grow tent, lol. The guy said he grew lettuce that was supposed to take 75 days in just 15. So, theoretically, you could grow 80 clones 12/12 start to finish in 2 weeks or less! Get a 600w hps and even with just a half O off each plant thats still almost TWO GRAMS PER WATT. Thats 5 POUNDS per month off of one 600w hps...unreal.

not theoreticaly possible. lettuce is a crop that isnt affected by photoperiod, pot still need its ripening time of 6-14wks on 12/12. veg growth would be increased so less time in veg would save time, but 5lbs in a month with 600W is just plain silly.
plus lettuce and the other plants you see grown in the video are all leafy, lightweight plants. ive heard stories about colas getting heavy and snapping when sideways.
it really is a great system for what its designed for, i especialy like the part where homie says he can grow something like 300 acres in a 10 story building with a 1 acre footprint. thats impressive.

I have a high times mag with it in and its full of herb and looks da boss, people out there must be using this somewhere, it will be rigged up in more than a few dutch homes (trust me) those crazy dudes do it so well.

LOL Growtech - going by old shots that show the setup instead of the whole closet. Ceiling height in every room, every closet, in this apartment is nine feet, give or take an inch in spots. I have the room if I choose to make it.

Am happy with what ive got but we can all dream, just thought from day 1 i saw this set up it looked pretty cool, the photos in high times do look pretty cool with all the herb in it.
A wee look at mine its a nice out the way closet that lets me do my thing.

make it a bigger radius with adjustable toughs. Get them 4 foot plants, but can also keep the smaller plants close to the light.
