If they just started since you've began growing indoors, it could be the frequency of your equipment as well. Might be off base, but it is a possibility.

In fact, any frequency can cause this in your house... TV, lighting etc.

Very, very possible. I for one when I was in my early 20's, figured out that especially in the winter (and wasn't getting a lot of sun), it was caused by a severe lack of vitamin D.

Now I put a couple of drops of said vitamin in my cannagummies in the winter time ;)

I will keep this in mind for my own migraines! :bigjoint: thanks spek

hmmm do you think 4 23 watt cfls can cause anything? even with it all being inside of my cabinet?

thanks a ton for this info guys!!!! and funny you say that cannanonymous.... when i do grind my bud i leave the stems in as well to grind it all up ...
Well I invite you to do the experiment then. You never know as many people in the cannabis world make try to make theories based in myths and I dont want to fall in that! It has worked for me so take a look and see if anything happens. Even if there is no change in your migraine, leaving the stems out should always make your smoke smoother.

I wouldn't think CFL produce a high frequency but i am no expert

But as soon as my ballast for my hps goes on i hear it, on different cable channels i hear it, during rain storms i hear higher frequencies all through my house.

i am deaf in one ear so i feel very sensitive you higher frequencies, when they use it in horror films, i gotta hold my ears...edit: ear.

I bet number one cause of headaches is diet.

Food today has so much salt, preservatives, high fructose corn syrum, xanthaum gum....

everything is causing your headaches lol

KUSH is great imo for headaches and stress
I'd heavily agree with this, I suffer from regular migraines and am later 20's. I was getting them about twice a week and have cut that to 1-2 a month (not a headache, truly mind numbing ear splitting that have caused nausea depending on how far it gets on me.) Anyway I came to the same conclusion. Changed my diet from as much frozen and prepared meals as I could to making my own from scratch whenever possible. The other big factor I found to help is be vigilant in how much water you drink per day. Dehydration is a fast route to a bad day if you suffer from migraines. Lil smoke works great but I found several times that it is only a mask, like meds the pain is still there you are just covering it up and so true underlying causes will usually remain . As I work behind a PC daily I have found that a trigger as well. Sometimes I don't think about it but I am sitting 8hrs at work then going home to "relax" and sitting around all night. Sitting like that I found out from my local chiropractor will weaken/strain your back - neck muscles which will quickly lead to tension being transferred upwards. Taking breaks at certain times and walking about at work, and getting on a regular excursive routine at home. (even simple stretching every morning helped me immensely. ) I found the effectiveness of some smoke when I feel a migraine coming to be much more effective as well after I tackled what I felt where my root causes. Can stop one dead in its tracks now with a very small amount if I am in front of it.....some ideas.

Remember if you smoke to always wash your hands and change clothes before entering grow room....tobacco and nicotine is hazardous to plants...a term third hand smoke, means its on your skin, hair, and clothes all the time.

There are plenty people that do smoke and don't take precautions lol, and grow beautiful buds... but i have seen articles recently on the topic somewhere...that especially with seedlings do not handle after smoking a cigg... could help with delicate clones.

Haven't read all the posts thoroughly since my statement that the problem could be frequency, but I have kept my eye on Jeff Goldblum here, and I advocate what he's saying.

Listen to Fuck Jeff... I for one follow what he's been trying to push ;)

ps. as far as smoking tobacco, that's one demon I haven't overcome. A lot of the staff in my office have been doing this e-cig stuff, so I've been considering quitting myself.

I hate tea typically, but my girl got me onto making iced tea with standard tea after it is done in the teapot. We use pure organic sugar along with fresh organic lemon juice (squeezed of course) and I now drink tea like it is going out of style.

While we're on the topic of nutrition, switching from table salt to other sodium has helped me as well. Sea salt is much better for you, but the pink Himilayan salt is even better (you can grab it up at any health-food store, or if your local grocer is cognizant of real-world understanding, it will be there too in the bulk-food section).

ps. a mix of boiling water with fresh ginger, lemon a bit of tumeric and some fresh cilantro also kicks ass
