Best Strains for Organics

I used to grow with synthetics but always preferred the quality of organics. My grow shop buds finally turned me on to a line of organics that they said would give me great results and I've been getting awesome product for the last year.

But, I know some growers that have had trouble switching from synthetics and we got to talking about how different strains perform. So, two questions

1 - how do you feel about the impact of genetics and their success in different environments (hydro, synthetic soil, organic soil, etc).
2 - any recommendations for what to try in organic soil

TGA Subcool has a pretty good reputation here and he grows purely organic. If i had bean money i would be getting some of his gear for sure.

I'm almost positive that you can get stellar results from most if not any strain in organics...I seriously doubt you can find a strain indica-sativa-or ruderalis that will perform BETTER with random soil+synthetics than with a really good organic soil mix...organics are awesome whether it be a super soil mix or bottled stuff (soil mixes perform best IMO, at the very least topdressing with kelp meal and worm castings+bottles).....Its growing cannabis how it was meant to be grown. It will flourish. Congrats on dropping the synthetics, i hope you never look back. i know i wont.

As far as the plant is concerned, the nutrients are worthless until the organic compounds are broken down into inorganic elements. If you're hunting success with organics, I'd pick a strain that would tend to grow according to the space/height desired and make sure to be on your game when it comes to putting biology into the soil to break down the nutrients fast enough for the plant to grow as it wants.
