Best strain for a scrog grow?

I am planning a scrog grow. I will be using a tent that is 32x32x63. I will be using a 250 watt hps. I will be growing in soil. I was just curious what a nice strain would be to grow scrog style. What breeder.

That is one massive tent and a singular 250w HPS for all of it? I think you're going to need more lighting.

In regards to strain you want a short strain such as Great White Shark.

The 32x32x63 is inches for the tent. So it is 2.8ft x 2.8ft x 5.3ft

build some reflectors for the sides of your screen. 3x3 is the largest "recommended" size for a 400w lamp, but all that should really happen is that you get a lower yield. a lot of growers measure yield in grams per watt.

my take on "the best strain to grow' is whatever strain you like the best. i don't agree that you need to use small strains at all and in fact SCROGging is so great because it lets you manage giant strains you wouldn't otherwise be able to fit in a room growing them upright.

i prefer growing the highest quality strains that are practical or at least doable indoors, but that's a minority opinion. most want as much yield as they can get.

if you can, why not get a second light? mixing halide and sodium will give you a fuller spectrum and higher quality buds, and increase your yield a lot in that space. whatever you go with and do though, share your experience to help others

Hmm i choose increasing the finest excellent variations that are realistic or at least possible in the house, but that's a community viewpoint. most want as much generate as they can get.

if you know what your doing almost any strain will work. lots of topping starting early!

Sativa dom hybrids are what I have found work best on a scrog. Black Widow or Amneisa Haze. They can be flipped to 12 x 12 a couple weeks sooner than indica dom strains using the natural stretch to fill the screen.
