Best Place Online To Find Cheap Hoods/Lights/Ballasts

Anyone got a place. Looking to spend $200 tops on one HPS bulb (400 watt), a cheap hood and then a cheap ballast.

I'm only looking to grow two plants at a time so I don't need anything fancy,

hid hut digital ballasts are the cheapest. the got 400 hid hut brand for 109, digital! seriously nice prices.

HIDHUT they have a 400 watt sysem with digital ballast, reflector and bulb for $139. It is a little more than HTG but they have digital ballasts not magnetic. This is where I buy my stuff from.
