Best method for keeping smell down in a Dispensary?

Our neighbors at our Dispensary we are opening are already bitching about smell and we haven't even opened the doors. No one smokes on premises and we have yet to even bring a bud into the building. Yup, those kind of neighbors, this is gonna be fun.

Other than carbon filters that would be crazy loud, what is another method that Dispensaries are using to keep odors down?

There are mufflers for carbon filters that help reduce the noise by around 40%.........nothing is as effective as those other than growing low odor strains.

use a carbon filter. Also you can get a special air filter for like 2500 bucks. Carbon filters can be quiet. Ask one of your growers to help you.

how about keeping skunks as pets just have like 10 of them in the garden .See if they prefer that

Or you can get a fan speed controller for your oh-so-loud fan. You don't even need to turn it down that much. A 5 decibel reduction cuts your perception of that noise by half. I would also suggest a Stone Thumb Skunk Box system for filtering the air in your medicine/waiting rooms. Fairly cost effective and I've seen them in action, they work great. http://www.stonethumb.com/

i would doing thing out of the ordenary intentially to force them into a position where they call teh cops and you have done nothing wrong and there is still no weed premises, that way you can make them be an unreliable witness to anything should there be further problems.

but besides that install som carbon filters, an ozone generator and call it a day. should smell clinical in a dipensary anyways, at least that the image i would want to put off. everything clean organized, same as if you walked into a corner store, if its dirty and smell bad i probably wont buy anything let alone want it on my street.

Ona covers smell well..I'd invest in a good filtration system..carbon/ozone that moves alot of air. Just a guess I'm not in the business.

What operations do you have at the dispensary? Just storage?
Are you in a commercial building with HVAC?

For most operations, I would focus on ventilation. Make sure you have negative pressure in your area & exhaust. Your exhaust height (e.g, chimney) should allow for adequate dispersal of odors.
Air purifiers/ozone generators (in moderation) can also be helpful.

Carbon scrubber, ona gel, team of skunks, all of these are good suggestions

I honestly think you aren't going to have too much of an issue with smell. If you keep everything in glass jars then what is there to worry about?

Are you going to grow there as well?
