best lights for 1 by 2 feet of space?

anyone use these before? energy-saving compact fluorescent light bulbs. i seen them at the store 150 WATTS is 42 WATT fluorescent.
get like 4 of them.. to make 600 WATT only cost me like $12 a light bulb! and don't need ballist.

Are they good enough to use in veg?

I have seen great results using ONLY Cfl for both Veggin and Flowering. The Process may take a bit more time, and the yield is sometimes less but the overall general result The Same/ Good Luck

the cfl "equivelent" is not the same as a true hps or halide.....thats not to say you cant grow good buds with them but dont get a few 150 watt equivelent cfl's and think your going to out grow a 600 hps, the ratings on those things are somewhat missleading
