Best light wattage for vegging 2 plants..

Just picked up a reflector hood with socket attachment, now need a cfl or any lighthingto attach with it. Was wondering what wattage is needed for vegging 2 plants in small closet space. Best bulb to do so... ?Any info would be great!

It really depends how much you want to spend... I veg in a 2x8 and have a 4 bulb t5 (which is about 250 watts) and a 200 watt cfl and I see better results from the cfl.
The cfl would cover up to 3x3 so if the area is smaller i would likewise go with a smaller light...
I would find a local hydro store and find a cool white 100-200w
