Best light for my setup?

I'm trying to grow in a homemade stealth box. Dimensions: height is 34inches, width is 22 and depth is 12.

What would you guys suggest?

I want to get HID but I don't think it's a good choice since my box isn't that big.

Also thinking of getting LEDs but I'm not sure if my setup is tall enough.

Build a cob led. Probably a few Vero 18's

Go to the led section . Plenty of how to diy led threads there.

I agree with the led recommendation but would add that a dimmer would help with the headroom. I also have a similar size cab.

Cfls you'll not go wrong in a space the size of yours it may just take a little longer good luck in what lighting you pick...

I usually would say cfl or led.

I have two cxa3070 cobs each powered by a hlg-80h-42b. They can be powered up to about 80w or run softly down to 10w. This gives me so much control of my lighting and has improved my harvests immensely. I used to run a 100w cmh and started with cfls. I will never go back after running leds.
