That’s my Veg setting.

2 se7000s or 2 fc8000s is what i would go with.

FOHSE, Lumatek Zeus, Maxibright Daylight, Sanlight EVO, Growcraft if you think the most expensive will be the best for you.
Spiderfarmer, Marshydro or Viparspectra if you're on a tighter budget those are fine!
I bought directly from china from a company named Sylstar, but they don't seem to put alot of effort into producing LED lights for growing anymore.
