best insulation for flooring in grow room???

what should i put down on the floor to insulate it, right now its tile, should i put sum foam blocks on the ground??

Buy foam insulate boards...white, comes in 4x8....1/2 in.....2 in. Easy to cut if needed.

I thank god for my tent floors quite a lot more than I want to admit. They are double laered panda film, water froof and spill proof as they go up about six inches on the sides. Doing hydro and soil and there is a mess. Remember that.

Really anything to seperate it from the floor. Even a raised platform on plywood is good enough too. Doesn't have to be an insulating material, the idea is just to get it off the ground if you're doing a basement grow or on concrete floor.
