Best equipment to use for a small indoor grow operation

What is the best equipment to use for a small indoor grow operation lets say 1-4 plants.

6 x 1000 hps lights run vertically between and on the sides of the 4 plants in a large room with vaulted ceilings running RDWC or Krusty style freedom buckets with c02 and full climate control including a/c and humidifiers/dehumidifiers.
