Besides the light burns...please tell me how this plant looks and how im doing!!

The burns on it are from when that part of the plant was touching the bulb, I have a steady nice fan blowing on the plants and the lights now so that problem was averted, I was just wanting to know if this plant looks anything like it should after 16 days in the vegetative stage. The leaves are slightly droopy from overwatering which i found out earlier, so I'm trying to learn when and how much to water better, right now I'm just waiting for the soil to dry out about.

Been growing for 16 days in vegetative stage
Lights are on 24 hours
3 27W 6500K CFL bulbs
A mix of soil from garden, perlite, and some schultz potting mix.
Just transplanted to the container shown in pic, and planning on transplanting to a 3 gallon bucket soon enough. Looking to get experience, and to grow a 2ft or less tall plant (for stealth reasons)

Any and all commments appreciated.

For being burned and over-watered, it looks OK :).

You might want to reconsider the clear container, roots and light exposure not the best idea. You don't have to transplant again (yet, that container will be too small eventually), just wrap some dark tape around the outside or something similar.

Does that container have any drainage holes?

WAY too overwatered! to know when to water, you need to stick your finger in the soil (not directly next to the plant or you could fuck with the roots, in my experience) and if the soil is wet down that deep, the soil doesn't need to be watered.

back that heat up a little the plant can deal with that heat later on when its roots are more than established and get a soil meter that tells you when its time to water and stick it in a new dark colored pot and leave it there ..... before you water lift the pot up yo see if its dry by the weight of the plant. hope this helps and happy growing!

Black electrical tape works like a champ .place the pot on a counter and wrap a black trash around the pot and tape the top so the black trash bag drapes around and then cut the bag to fit the bottom of the pot, wallah done!!!!!

Happy Growing!!!!!
