Benefit of using UV (black-light) during flowering stage?

I've heard online that adding UV such as a black-light can damage the plants cell wall but also train them to grow stronger and produce thicker, more potent buds.
Wonder how true this is and your own personal experiences. I'm not even close to the flowering stage yet but I'd like to know as much as I can when that day comes.

Thanks!

Black light is just UVA. You can use it during the whole flower stage or late flowering. UVA is in the mid to upper 300 nm, a violet/blue spectrum. It will add frost to your buds for sure. I would check to see if the blacklight has a nm or spectrum listed.

Then theres UVB, that's what you have to be careful about. It won't be present in a blacklight
