Beneficial or pest?

I have these ‘soil mites’ or what I believe to be soil mites. I grow with 3 part gh recirulating flood and drain, as well as some hygrozyme. Ill add beneficial microbes (microbial mass pro) at a res change out weekly. I had a issue with fungus gnats and sprayed azamax they havent been seen since, but ever since i did a drench with it the plants havent bounced back. I think maybe overwatered and the azamax maybe caused less aeration in the pot. My main question now is what are these soil mites and are they harmful to my plants? They move pretty fast. Have a clear almost light beige look, and are on the top as well as bottom of the pot. They appear to have 8 legs

try buy yellow stickers maybe that help? and they come when the soil is 2 wet? (and eggs in the soil), then they do more eggs in the soil, and destroy the roots...(but a few of them are not so dangerous?) the soil had this from wrong storage in store or is very bad quality (eggs in it), when the soil comes from the outside not from store (your garden) then they maybe in it, or when you do the plant outside for real sun (garden, balkon, terasse) then back in growbox. but iam beginner! buy next time better other soil and in another store!

Probably hypoaspis miles, a totally benign soil critter:

If they were spider mites, they would be on the leaves, not hanging out in the dirt...

Imo the only bugs to actually worry about in the soil are root aphids, which have a similar color but slightly different shape than hypoaspis. But again, they would probably be on the roots, not buzzing around on top of the soil.

They do resemble the top soil mite, though I think it’s beneficial its just sort of off putting so i been spraying with pyganic drenches

They seem to have a light colored body, my friend said they were those kind as well the hypoaspis. They are just to many of them, so I’ve been trying to spray with pyganic drenches and it affects a few but most of them just come right back stronger
