Bending seedlings leaf tips

Hi people, im new to growing this is my first plant, grown from seed. Easy kush supposed to be a easy grow for beginners. its been growing under 6 cfl bulbs equaling 175w in a small grow box. temperature is usually between 27oC and 30oC. I know this isn't optimal but its the best i can get atm. ive been watering approx every 3 days or whenever the soil is dry down to 1st knuckle. Its growing in 50% peat and 50% wood fibre. only been fed water though i dont have a PH meter im assured the water round here is good PH level. its 12 days old and it only really seems to do this when i water her. I have seen a few different solutions but dont want to do anything like flush it if its not needed. like i said ive only used water so i dont understand. any help will be greatly appreciated!! too much n/over/under watered

Too much water. Terrible soil mix. You shouldn't water unless the pot feels light when you pick it up.

ok thanks for that. should i change soil straight away? i just heared it wasnt bad so didnt worry about it. anything i can get cheap and local for the time being? thanks

also, just noticed on one the first leaves (not the very 1st the one after that) that the tip has started to go yellow. not dry just yellow? thanks

Its your soil mix its too hot with nitrogem Go change your soil live.

Pot it in a bigger pot too.

pot size is not the issue yet, it looks like over watering.
