Bending Plants

My friends dad keeps telling me about bending the top of the plant over. basically having the cola pointing down, says it grows bigger buds. Is this a good idea?

but it sounds like he's talking about Low Stress Training (LST). you bend over the plant's growing tip down using string or wire, not upside down, just at 90 degrees. but it will turn back up to grow toward the light. the process keeps it short.

don't know about increase in yeild. i hope so, i use LST alot.

Bending the plant never made my buds bigger. My grows in my little box were all LST grows and they were pretty standard grows nothing extaordinary in bud size.

Thanks, ill keep probably just not screw with them since they are fine as is.

Its something to consider, it can definately benefit in some ways... you can search on how to L.S.T. (low stress training)
