020.jpg021.jpg022.jpg023.jpg024.jpg025.jpgI just took some pics. They are really growing. I will probably move up to 3 gal in the next day or two...I need to get some good soil mixed up first. The 1st pic is of the whole crew, the 2nd my little runt Super Bud, the 3rd Kalshnikova, the 4th Exodus Cheese. The stretchy ones in the 5th pic are the Fast Neville's and the last pic shows the chunkier cheese, and sages

Just my 2 cents, but I would not move them to a larger pot just yet. Those size pots you have I think will be good for the next week or so (at least). I tend to find that when developing my plants to keep them in the smaller pot to get a nice rootball going. Then I will up pot to a larger size. This way I can feed/water more regularly, the roots will be searching localy for water channels in the soil, not roaming all over the place in a large pot. Perhaps just pop one of the pots off and check how the roots are before transplanting to something larger. Looking nice and happy there though!

IMHO
those larger ones are ready to be transplanted...the root has hit the bottom already. I had some in gal pots, a bit bigger, that had more root ball than I prefer. I agree that a little bit of roots in the bottom make the move easier.

I agree with you on the root development. I popped one out yesterday and the roots were 2/3 the way down. I will check again in a couple of days and see how they are doing. Thanks for the input!

but anyways that vic420 kid messaged me months ago... bout a couple strains i was running at the time under my other name.. he claimed to have put in like 6 500 dollar orders to attitude... so im sure ull see tons of pepole running the same gear bro.. its very common. but i doubt it is he same phenos... lol unless they know eachother for real.. but most people dont even get rid of anything because of the fact that its easy to get arrested trying to trade or sell strains..

I doubt it. I have one going right now that is older and starting to flower. It seems a little smaller if anything, but very bushy. I have also heard a rumor that they are almost always males, but that hasn't been my experience so far. I am watching out for signs of hermie though...

I certainly hope that this wasn't directed at me, as I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

No cindysid. That was directed at me. I just mentioned outloud that I thought maybe you knew Vic420. Only because I thought maybe you all were friends or whatever. Wasnt meaning to talk shit about anyone. I was just wondering if you knew eachother. Atleast I dont think asking if someone knows someone else is talking shit. Whatever. Even mentioning the name VIC420 brings stress and trouble. Ill never mention that name again. Sorry for thinking outloud in your thread cindysid. Your a nice person it seems from your posts.

A couple of the Fast Neville's are getting stretched in spite of the fact that I have them very close to the cfls. I was thinking of topping them, which I hesitate to do. Any opinions? Should I just LST? I don't have a lot of experience with sativa strains, and I don't want to do anything that might decrease the final yield. Anybody out there with any experience with the fast neville's or neville's haze that could help me with this?

I think some of the peeps on the 600 thread have grown Nevilles (HeadsUp being one) Shoot him a PM or drop a post in the 600 and ask about, someone will reply.

Sorry, never grown it, I would imagine something with vigour like Nevilles would be happy with topping. But don't go by what I said....

Update...finally! Plants are 4 weeks old today. I transplanted them to 3 gal pots on 4/13 and promptly nute burned them. After several flushes and a rainstorm or two they are coming out of it. I moved 5 of them to their permanent locations yesterday. The Sages, Super Bud, and Kalashnikova are still in pots, although I am leaving the Sages out tonight to begin sexing. The SB and K are both very small compared to the others, so I am vegging them for a few more weeks. Here are pics of the ones in the ground.sativa1 013.jpgsativa1 014.jpgsativa1 015.jpgsativa1 016.jpgsativa1 019.jpg

The first pic is Exodus Cheese, 2nd Fast Neville, fimmed and lst'd, 3rd FN fimmed and lst'd, 4th FN lst'd only and 5th FN fimmed and Lst'd. I left the one unfimmed to make a comparison. They are about 10 inches tall but if they had'nt been lst'd they would be about 18 in.
