Switch to led when money comes available and do your research first. Go to the led and other lighting section and see what gets the results there. Other than that I used that style of bulb for years.

Any advice?
1st thing .... move your carbon filter to the top of the tent .....hottest air is at the top

2nd thing is to make sure your ducting is taught and strait as possible .......bends and slack slows the speed of the fan

3rd thing ......the light u always want the carbon filter above the middle of the light ......so the hottest air come up off it is removed the fastest

4th thing ....lower the bulb take the plant off that platform and have it setting on the ground ........that kind of bulb u want ot have about 8 inches away from the plant (every day look on it as it grows up u need to move the light up)

that will take care of the issue i see

As others have said, move your exhaust up.

Is that a 4x8 carbon filter? Are you pulling within it's rated cfms?

I take it the cardboard box on the bottom is a light trap? You may want to upgrade that to corrugated plastic, rigid foam or even painted tupperware. Cardboard has a bad habit of growing molds.
