I do have thrips in my tent but my friend told me they wouldn’t do much damage
It's thrip damage. Use Monterey Spinosad 1 oz/gallon as a root drench every time you water. I don't know what to say about your friend but thrips will easily cost you a harvest and if you don't get rid of them you, or worse your unsuspecting customers, will be smoking their excrement.

You can't diagnose what the nutrient deficiency is until you get rid of the pests. Pests will cause you to throw many different deficiencies. First do your pest control then figure out your nutrient deficiency, if you still have one.

Spinosad is organic. It's OMRI listed. If you look at the picture it states OMRI on the label. You need a root drench. I suggest you use it.

Since I'm here. If it were heat damage it would look like this

See the tacoing of the leaves? It would appreciate it being cooler. Still got almost a pound off her (that just 1 limb).

Here's one of her sisters a few days before. You see less tacoing but still see some heat stress. Anyway best of luck with your grow. I'd use Spinosad.

you don't water till run off so all the salts your feeding to the plant accumulate in the soil over time causing nute burn, probably too big of a pot for the size of your plant and in soil you shouldn't feed every watering just feeding once every 2-3 weeks should be enough
