Your training looks good. I like to try to achieve that shape early in veg. I top and LST ruthlessly, and then after the last round of topping and tying down, I wait until they're growing vigorously again and then switch to 12/12. It looks like you might have done your training too late and stunted them. You should have bushier plants with way more bud than that after 4-5 weeks of flower. That looks like it's still in veg.
Next time, get them looking like that and growing rapidly before you switch to 12/12. I bet you'll have much better results.
