Just got home from being gone since monday... and one of my girls looks limp. should i be worried?

Looks like too much water to me or some other form of shock. Let the soil dry and hit it with some pure or distilled water.

LOL Just finished an 8 week job. Home every other weekend. I can feel for ya. I'm taking the rest of the year off!
