Bedtime droops?

My autos just started the bloom phase in 5gal DWC buckets. Just started week 5. I get home from work about an hour before lights out (they're on 18/6).

One of the girls has been very droopy at this time. I usually move the light up a bit (she's gaining almost an inch a day now) and top off the res.

I go to bed and wake up 2 hours after lights on. At this point she is lively and thriving. Any ideas about what's going on?

Temp, pH, and TDS are all good.

Mine seemed to do that too. Right around the start of flower. Lasted for about a week or week and half. One day just stopped. Not sure if its something the plant does during transition or what. Some do some dont i guess. Could also be from getting high intensity light.

That was my first thought too. The light is a 300w quantum board. Right now, I've been keeping it about 24" above the canopy. Recommended height is 18-22".

Circadian rhythm of plants during cycle.

I get the droop every night maybe an hour or 2 before lights out. They know when it’s time to go to sleep. If the they don’t perk back up during lights on, that’s a completely different conversation.

If they don't perk up when lights come back on, check your ppms and ph.

So it has been found that plants do better under environments that naturally match their circadian rhythms. Would they benefit from changing the light cycle to match? Or would the loss of light make them worse off?
