Tiered 4x4's before and after defoliation. I defoliate usually when I kick into flower, then at 2-3 weeks, then again at 5-6 weeks. When you defoliate you remove dead or weak limbs and leaves helping to prevent mold and bugs, as well as stress the plant slightly which stimulates it to grow.
checking run off ppm and ph.. I strive for 6.0 ph run off and between 1500-2500ppm runoff depending on stage/age etc. Keep in mind I am mostly in fabric pots so your readings maybe slightly different because some of the nutrient solution will drain out the side of the fabric pot and not out the bottom which will screw my results a little bit.
The feeding solution that I was putting into the pots was 1450 ppm and 6.5 ph.

Samsung lm301b with bigger than average heatsink(2.6kg/5.72lbs), $399 Canadian, free shipping in USA and Canada. Just add a meanwell 320h 48A/B and a power cord and you're in business. I'll have drivers in the kit soon, just waiting on them. Right now its just board and heatsink.
Here is some raspberry I did awhile ago under BC blondes 680 GC (pure white 3000k). Some shots of it growing and then dried in a bag as well.
this particular strain goes purple in the later weeks and has CRAZY raspberry nose. Buds get big but not super dense, not a ton of crystal either, its main features are the color and nose.
Im going to try todo more grow journal type posts with the stuff im up to in the test lab, I post a fair amount on Instagram but ill try to post the pics and vids here too.
