Battle of the bag soil, indoor and one brand.

Outside of mixing my own what do you all prefer and why ? I've been using FFOF for awhile but I am thinking of trying something new. I know there are very many opinions and variables I use earth juice line and mag cal if needed".

I like ffof , but I mix it and amend it . Build your own , if you get it right , you'll love it even more .

I like making my own mix. But fox farms never let me down.

I recently started using a new soil called just right extra. It's coco based and pretty good thus far.

Go to a local nursery or someone who sells dirt/gravel/loam. I've found a dozen near me who mix their own soils. I asked some questions and found 2 who claim to do an "organic" mix. Cost is about half what bagged soil costs and as far as I'm concerned you can't beat the quality. The nursery I started using has some cool old hippy women who are more than happy the help with my "tomatoes", which they always say with a wink.

Potters Gold is very very nice.

I build my own though.

I've used Lucky Dog by Fox Farm before but now I can't find it in my area. Good balanced soil with ph stabilizers and other goodies but not much NPK inserted.
