Base soil for SS

I do equal amounts of EWC Lava stone - those little white one's - Perlite floats to much (lol) But I have to use it every now and then. Canadian Peat Nice healthy compost or Potters Gold organic soil mix if I've run out of compost....happens. That's my base......To that I add other things and get a SS that's water only and is recycled over and over.. Doc

I followed this with the following exceptions: the 1/3 rd humus portion was 50-50 earthworm castings and composted, cow manure. And 4 cups Azomite
I've heard the mix of quality compost and EWCs for the humus portion is even better than either alone. Ideally I'd like to use a cup each of Azomite, greensand, granite dust and maybe a volcanic dust, give them a variety.

I'm sure sorry, very first post and not complete.
I followed the direction for making a cubic foot of super soil, and the recipie I used has four 4 cups of Azomite per cube

Let me be a little more clear here...
1/3 EWC
1/3 Canadian Peat
1/3 Perlite or Lava stone (little white gardening ones)

THEN 25% by volume Good rich compost or composted steer/cow/cattle manure - last resort = The same amount of a GOOD organic 30day soil...

NOTE: I don't like FF soils for the bugs they bring to the table - all to often!

That is a BASE mix.
