Well if the bullets are on the "clip" with one in the chamber and it's a big, big stick. The killing ability is equal for a qualified individual. I'll let you figure out why.

One thing you disregard entirely is that they want to disarm citizens yet the state aka the police force has been heavily militarized ... do you know what happens in history when the people get disarmed and the state has all dem weapons...usually what happens is mass starvation and many citizens getting shot down.

How is that a meltdown? Boldfacing and italicizing are used to highlight, add emphasis, and stress things in the lack of tone and voice.

It is important to have strong role models as a child. Men are responsible for teaching their children how to handle conflict. They also lay the foundation of proper behavior in all situations. Young boys need a male role model.

If the person was determined and willing to stalk one person at a time, they could definitely go on a murder spree.

Anyone determined to kill will find a way to do it.

The issue is most often mental illness that makes a person go on a rampage.
