Barneys farm pineapple chunk veg health problems ADVICE!!

My friend is having major problems with barneys farm pineapple chunk!!!!Barneys farm pineapple chunk grown under 400 watt halide with fox farm soil 3 gallon pots with botanicare progrow, BIG BLOOM and cal mag (airrated with air stone).plant has been vegging for 1 1/2-2 months and stopped all kind of growth(height width and noid growth)since month 1. AND the leaves or turning dark brown, claws have formed plant is lime green( looking like no other plant that is in there) and is waxy on some of the top leafs. Thought it could b locked out but 1-2Weeks str8 water and still the same so now he's gonna try something high in n/p/k..maybe WAY high so it could bounce back after 4out of 5 pack never even made a week after germ..he's really frustrated with p chunk because its growing with 15 other diff strains and its the only one having problems..growroom is really stable, well ventilated and well controlled area. I mean from what i seen, every other plant is actually flourishing under these conditions, so this is a real stumper why one plant would do something that none of the other lets say 40 are doin. I guess he really needs this one to make it so he can clone as many as he can being that it's the only one that made it he need this one to survive and thrive ..anyone have any ideas on what can bring the chunk back to normal??? Any advice welcome PLEASE no negative feedback thank you

Can you post some pics? Right now I am growing the same exact strain and that fucker just will not be satisfied. Currently, all new growth is lime green, suggesting zinc or nitrogen.
