Barneys Blue Cheese & Tangerine Dream Outdoor Grow Southern Europe

Hey rollitup family!

Am doing a grow in the south of europe and need a bit of help with harvest.

I have a crop of 8 plants. all of them got very stunted in the early days as i stupidly didnt water them enough and they giot pretty stressed by it, so although these look like autos - they arent, they just took a long time to nurse their wounds and recover.. Newbie move.

i think 2 are nearing getting ready, but unsure as to how to tackle it. This post is about those 2 only, as the others are much further behind.

i've used biobizz nutes, grow and bloom only, not the others, am still feeding, but wondered whether to stop and start flushing?

Am starting to see a fair amount of amber trichromes on the right plant here, she looks nearly ready i think.

FYI im not someone who wants a full, wipeout, couchlock smoke, i'd prefer a more active, uplifting high. Should i be harvesting the right hand side one?

Not sure if were there pistils wise, but trics seem so? Any and all input appreciated from you OGs.

Also one of the buds on the righthand plant seems to be going a bit brown, you can see in one of the shots, not sure what that's about.

Needsome advice from the gurus here.

Weeks to go still, pistils will recede and buds will swell. You will be able to tell the difference when it happens.

Brown bud is probably caterpillar damage, or budrot from a fungus. Get a Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki (Bt-k) product to apply.
Spray down affected area with hydrogen peroxide first, cut the bud off, then apply the Bt-k with a few drops of liquid soap for a surfactant.
Bt-k will kill most caterpillars, won't harm the buds. Soap will help spread it evenly and dry out any eggs

Thanks a mill man. Why are the trichromes turning amber so early? You cant really see it in the pic but at least 20% of them are amber. Seems strange with white pistils.

Just went to sort them out and the rot has spread quite a bit, even from my photos a couple of days ago.

Ive removed every affected area, and been ruthless, even if ive seen a bit, or caterpillar feaces that could lead to it (have read around and it seems their poo and the dead matter they leave behind seems to be the main issue.

The temperature is hot, dry and breezey so i think this is the sole problem, we have a lot of nasty insects around and have had issue with chilli plants etc previously.

I've bought neem oil and bt-k for both the grasshoppers and catepillars, i found a few on the plants. They should arrive in the next 48hrs.

Have spent hours going through the plants and looking for the actual pests themselves, have of course killed them.

The plants have all been bunched up, im going to seperate them around the garden.

Absolutely gutted, have had to sacrifice many of the best colas, but at this point treating this grow as a big learning curve and will be happy with anything.

Does this sound like im on the right track in terms of fire fighting this horrible issue..?

Thanks again for all your time and for kindly helping me

Have just found some (potentially) new pests.

First image is some red eggs ive found around some of the plants. Could these be spider mites?

Second image is a massive grasshopper, one of the prime culprits i suppose.

So could the issue be catepillars, grasshoppers and spider mites?

Man this is getting out of hand
