You only need 1000-2000 views to be a partner. And if you have 700k views you should join. 1,000,000 views is basically $1,000 in your pocket. But you have to get those views as a partner.
Well I have bad news for you Fin. Since you have earned money from your videos, that makes what you are doing a business. This site requires that businesses who advertise here to pay for that privelage. That means, my man, that you are technically spamming the site for your business, and are in violation of our site rules.
