Banned from Streamate for using sisters card

How bout this shit? I entered live customer support on streamate(I legit just talk to the sad looking girls and try to boost their morale, no boners involved) and I ask the guy why I was charged $3.00 for joining when it said it was free. He gives me a pre-written response about how its the authentication charge. I say ok, then I get another pre-written response saying "your account has been suspended until you can verify the credit card" or something like that. I asked him why he did that and he says "Because The Red, you are not (Sisters name here)". So I say "Yea it's a card under my sisters name". Then he responds with "Why are you buying porn with your sisters card" and starts giving me all kinds of shit saying I'm breaking the law. The he fuckin swings down the banhammer and says I can never join again. Dude was a bitch about it saying "you've broken the law many times" in response to my "I use this card all the time and have never had problems". Shits fuckin crazy! So anyway, can I get in shit for this? It's legit my sisters card (prepaid debit card) she lets me and only me use, she doesn't even use it.

No, you can't get into legal trouble. And, as long as you don't overdraw it, neither can your sister.

Flip shit. It's not illegal to use another's card, with permission. It IS illegal to charge for a service that's "free," or to use bait-and-switch techniques.

Seems like a non issue to me. I've denied people in person when I sold phones for using other peoples credit cards. Some people give off a sketchy vibe.

I remember when I was like 14 I was using my moms card at a subway and the bitch at the counter says she can't give me the card back because it wasn't my name on it. I told her I needed to get that back because my mom would flip shit. She then asks me to tell her the name on the back of the card. I was so pissed.

If you think about it, they were protecting your sister from possible fraudulent use of her card. Either have her add your name to the card, if that is possible, or get your own card. If I was a clerk, you hand me someones card that isn't you saying you have permission to use it...Sorry, no sale. Also, why you paying for porn when there are many sites that give free streaming porn? With the internet, no need to pay for that anymore.
